VIVI cosmetic are made using only natural and ecological igriedients of highest purity, quality and integrity. It is natural organic essiantial oils, naturally-derived plants extract, bio active complexes, peptides, amino acids, natural moisturizerd and many more highg quality ingredients which are clean, healthy and safe for use.

Cosmetics made without any conservants are suitable to use only for two days keeping it in the fridge. We are using only safe, allowed to use in ecological cosmetics, suitable for food conservants. VIVI cosmetics are progressing together with the world innovations. In making facial creams we using conservants free system. It means that in our creams we are using conservants free ingredients, but together they have preserving effect which protects from bacteria, fungus, mold etc.). That’s why we are proud to say that our facial creams are conservants free.

Products such as face mousse, shampoos, shower gels are expiring two years after manufacturing. Products based on creme consistency are expiring after 18 months from the date of manufacture.

VIVI products are not certified yet, but it is made following all eco cosmetics making rules. It is obvious by looking at the ingredients, which are shown on every product package.

No. It is recommended to keep all the products in the room temperature in the original package.

We don’t make you to choose between health and quality. These days customers are looking for healthy, comfortable and safe products. We assure this by using eco certified and bio - active ingredients tested in the best Europe and world laboratories. Our cosmetics are natural and effective. It is not primitive, hand made production, but innovative production made using the newest manufacture technologies based on bio-active ingredients.

It is individual. There are no chemical allergens in our cosmetics. However, what suits one person can be wrong to the other. For the beginning the best is to choose least active products, where are no extra added bio active complex.

You can try first on the little area of your skin. If you feel something unusual like itching - wash your skin and stop using the product.

The most of our products are suitable for vegans because it is made by using the highest quality oils, essential oils, extracts and hydrolats. That is why VIVI production is not only natural, but effective and bio-active cosmetic.

We don’t do animal testing!

However, we are responsible to mention that some of our products contains silk and keratin, beeswax, honey. Silk is found in silk face cream, pearl serum, hair serum and tonic. Keratin is found in hair tonic, hair serum and 12 herbs conditioner. If you are a vegan do not use honey hair mask or hair wax-oil. These products has an enormous influence for your hair to make them soft, strong and moist and are highly rated by our customers.

There are couple of VIVI products special for this type of skin: face wash mousse with a bamboo extract (antibacterial protection, soft, anti-dry washing effect). Also absinthium cream - it does change not only problematic face skin - it does change customers lives! This cream allows you to get rid of spots, helping your skin to heal and recover in small amount of time. It also prevents your skin from growing spots. For the ultimate recovery and cells regeneration choose aloe gel.

If you have a sensitive skin you should start using bio active cosmetics slowly. Let your skin become a friend with the natural cream base and ingredients, especially if you’ve been using chemical cosmetics before. Most of the cosmetics contains synthetic ingredients which only makes your skin look moist but with the time going by it only makes your skin grow old, dry and contaminated.

So you should start with the less bio active products, natural creams with a simple ingredients to nourish, moist and calm your skin. It would be butter, avocado or clover cream. Do not start with a very active and intensive masks.

Try to use neutral face wash which pH is close to our skin pH. We offer soft face washing mousse pH 5.5. This product is colour and smell free. It can be used as a make up remover.

In the cold season we have to protect our skin from the cold. In the day time use nourishing cream to protect your skin from the low temperature. In the night time, when you need to protect your skin from the central heat - choose moisturizing cream to keep the balance in your skin.

Using bio products you can achieve a noticeable effect on your skin growing old process.

Peptides. When collagen is depleted by age and environmental factors, including sunlight, it is not fully replaced. As a result, smooth, young skin slowly becomes thinner and wrinkled over time. As collagen deteriorates, it produces certain peptides. These peptides send a "message" to your skin that it has lost collagen and needs to generate more. When skin care peptides are applied topically, your skin "thinks" that it's a collagen break down product and that your body needs to manufacture new collagen. So you can successfully minimize wrinkles and give your skin a more youthful appearance with the application of skin care peptides that trigger the production of collagen. It is therefore important to use a good peptide wrinkle cream.

For the mature skin we are offering what we have the best - VIVI face serum. Use this serum twice a day to get the best results. You will notice the difference only after couple of months. Our face serums are the most concentrated products; they stimulate collagen production process in your skin, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, makes your skin look more elastic.

According EU reglament, cosmetics are non returnable products. So we do not accept any of our products back, no matter the item has been used or no.

Low quality product is damaged or the package is damaged what directly affects the product inside. Damaged items are replaced to high quality items.
