Shipping policy

Home delivery: the courier will deliver your order to the adress provide. Also you can receive an order at the nearest VIVI store.

Delivery takes 1-2 working days. If you place an order before 12PM, most of the time you will get your items the next day (the order placed on Friday before 12PM, will be delivered on Monday, the order made after 12PM - on Tuesday)

IMPORTANT! Due to the situation in Lithuania and the extremely high orders quantity, delivery of orders may be delayed.

Spend 29 EUR or more and get free delivery. Otherwise, delivery in Lithuania, cost 4 EUR for home delivery; Delivery of orders to the nearest VIVI store - 2 EUR.

IMPORTANT: Redirection will cost for 3 Eur. 

Terms and conditions of international delivery:

• Delivery cost is automatically added to your purchase bill.

• Delivery is made  through Lithuanian post office. 

• Free shipping on all orders 100 Eur and over.

• Delivery in EU countries usually takes 10 working days, non EU countries 2-3 week. 

• Max weight of purshase - 10 kg.
